Product Descriptions

We have made every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Services as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Products may vary slightly from their images.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time your order is placed will apply to your order.

Order Acceptance

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Boltic products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of delivery by contacting us at contact@getboltic.com.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Boltic and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the services or any products purchased through the services.

In no event shall Boltic's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services exceed the total amount paid by you to Boltic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We want to resolve any concerns you may have quickly and fairly. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Nothing in this section shall limit either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
