Thank you for shopping with Boltic. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order so you know what to expect regarding processing times, delivery windows, and shipping options.

Order Processing Time

All orders are subject to a 2 to 5 business day processing time before shipment, regardless of the shipping method selected. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Package Shipments

To speed up the delivery process, we may fulfill your order across multiple packages. If you receive a delivery that appears to be missing items, please do not be alarmed. Your remaining items will arrive in separate packages within the expected delivery window.

Each package will be tracked independently. If you have not received all packages within the stated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at contact@getboltic.com.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on eligible orders and is fulfilled via ePacket. Estimated delivery times for free shipping are as follows:

       Standard delivery: 7 to 15 business days from dispatch

       During periods of high demand: delivery may take up to 4 weeks

Free shipping is a tracked, economy service. While we do everything we can to meet the standard delivery window, delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier volumes, or other factors outside our control.

Insured Shipping

For added peace of mind, we offer Insured Shipping as an upgrade at checkout. Insured Shipping provides full coverage for the retail value of your order in the event that your shipment is:

       Lost in transit

       Damaged during delivery

       Stolen after confirmed delivery

If any of the above occurs, please contact us at contact@getboltic.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Claims are typically resolved within 5 to 7 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Boltic ships internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Boltic is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about applicable fees.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Boltic is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at contact@getboltic.com. We will do our best to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
