How to Reach Us
Boltic currently offers two contact channels: direct email and the contact form available in our online store. Both channels are monitored by our support team and receive equal priority. Please use whichever is most convenient for you.
1. Email Support

Our primary support channel. Send us an email at any time and our team will respond during the next available business hours. For the fastest resolution, please include the following in your message:
• Your full name
• Your order number (if applicable)
• A clear description of your question or concern
• Any relevant photos or screenshots (for damaged or incorrect items)

2. Store Contact Form
You can also reach us directly through the contact form on our Boltic store. The form is available on every page of our store and goes directly to our support inbox. Messages submitted through the store form are handled with the same priority and response times as email.
To submit a message through the store, navigate to the Contact page in the store menu, fill in your name, email address, and message, and click Send. You will receive a confirmation that your message has been received.

Tips for a Faster Resolution
• Always include your order number when reaching out about a purchase.
• Attach photos immediately if your item arrived damaged or incorrect. This significantly speeds up processing.
• Check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive a reply within the stated timeframe.
• If you sent a message through the store form and did not hear back, follow up via email at contact@getboltic.com to ensure we received your inquiry.
• Avoid sending duplicate messages across both channels for the same issue, as this may delay resolution.
